To prevent costly repairs and extend the life of your roof, it’s critical to keep it maintained and inspected regularly.

Estimate Inspections

We will inspect for things like damaged, loose or missing shingles, damaged flashing, and blocked vents. The conditions in your attic can also have a big impact on the life of your roof, so we may also check that area for leaks, compromised decking, and proper ventilation.

New roofs should be inspected every three to five years, depending on the material. Most roofs that are 12 years or older should be inspected annually.
