Material Warranties
For decades, Warner Roofing and Construction has made a point to stay on top of advancements in the industry. When we began, three-tab shingles were used on the majority of the homes in the area. Today, composite shingle roofing material is most often used, but there are more options now than ever before.
When we choose who to partner with, we want to make sure we offer our clients the best materials as well as manufacturer’s warranty protection. We work with CertainTeed, Pabco, and IKO manufacturers for these reasons and more. That way we’re able to provide the best products and give you peace of mind.
CertainTeed
CertainTeed makes a composite slate that has a Class A Fire resistant rating, a Class-4 impact rating, and comes with a 50-year limited warranty. They also offer a series of lifetime warranties in addition to “SureStart” coverage. This “provides the strongest non-prorated protection you can get in the vital early years of your new roof. All of CertainTeed’s shingle products are covered by SureStart protection.”
Pabco
The Signature Cut series from Pabco can withstand winds of up 130 miles per hour as well as transferrable 50-year warranties. This is truly a “set it and forget it” product. IKO
All IKO shingling is protected by a lifetime limited warranty as well as additional protection. Offering a wide variety of profiles, colors, and compositions, their products also have varying degrees of high-wind and algae warranties.
